Avicenna or Ibn Sina, it can be declared that Kharezmian Empire’s Accumulation is the most important and comprehensive book which has been written in a subject of the Persian ancient medicine so far. Maybe the accumulation is an extraction and an abstract of the total medical works and contexts in the Iranian ancient medicine which it was previously written by the Iranian and non-Iranian’s medicines. Thence, Jorjani, after his continuous composition, was delicately clear-sighted and acquainted in much knowledge of his own period such as a science of theology, and this characteristic is a survival secret of the book,
