He was born in 1949 in Khorramabad. He studied elementary and high school in Shah Abbas,

Shapur, and Amirkabir schools, and after completing his undergraduate education, he has served during thirty-year period with having some responsibilities include: Industrial health, oral health, mental health, non-epidemic diseases, communicable diseases, and nursing services provided valuable services to his community. Iran-Nejad had a keen interest in wrestling during his young period, under the supervision of the deceased professor Ahmad Rezai, a founder of the sport of Wrestling in a new method in Khorramabad - Learned the Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling's techniques. In weights of (48, 52, 57, 63, and 69) Kg among youth, students, college students, and ringmasters of the country during several years, he gained the first and third places in a country's level, and achieved the world fourth place in Hungary. After spending academic periods of preceptorship, under the supervision and the auspices of the National Wrestling Federation and the National Olympic Committee, he has also done remarkable work in coaching youth and wrestlers in Khorramabad. Surely, reading this valuable book can have a positive and effective role in the scientific attitude and scientific function of those interested in wrestling sport in our country. Preparing various theoretical, practical, and scientific topics needed for wrestling training such as applying techniques, nutrition, safety and health's principles, psychology, arbitration's rules, and etc. In this volume, it is a very laborious, burdensome, and risky task that only love the wrestling and the promotion of health and social vitality, he has been able to remove all the disappointing obstacles, difficulties, and hardships from the author's path, and tried his best to disseminate and promote it.
